TENx9: Nowt Queer As Folk

Thursday 15th November
7.30pm / Black Box Cafe / FREE

Tenx9 is a monthly storytelling event in Belfast, where nine people have up to ten minutes each to tell a real story from their lives. Join your hosts in the Black Box cafe for this popular, warm and welcoming storysharing space that brings strangers together and helps friends realise quite how strange they really are. Each event has a different theme and, in keeping with the nature of the festival, the theme for OUTBURST is “There’s Nowt Queer As Folk.”
The event is open to everyone and you don’t have to be a seasoned
storyteller, just promise to keep us hooked with a good story!
If you have a tale that you’d like to tell, let the good people at Tenx9
know by emailing moc.liamgnull@eninybnet or twitter @tenx9.
The only things to keep in mind are that it has to be somewhat
related to the theme, it has to be a real story from your life, and it must be no longer than ten minutes!
